 
RPUMC Celebrates 100 Years Roeland Park UMC continues to celebrate its centennial after a celebration on Sept. 17 & 18. Our church roots began back in 1911. We had a picnic lunch in the Social Hall on Saturday followed by a Celebration Program in the sanctuary. Adrienne Foster, Mayor of Roeland Park presented the church with a proclamation, recognizing our years of service to the surrounding community. Many prior Pastors were in attendance. On Sunday, we had a single service worship with former Bishop Fritz Mutti preaching and our district superintendent Mike Chamberlain. We hope to post photos and more on our history on this site and on facebook. Come, Join Us!
